I was a 65 year old woman, with no energy, poor eating habits, smoked for 50 years, drank 6-10 sodas a day and only slept maybe 3-4 hours a night. When my breathing got to the point I was using an inhaler 4-6 times a day, just to be able to clean the house, I decided it was time to quit smoking and change. I joined a gym and got a trainer so I could get the expert help I needed to improve my breathing. After 3 or 4 disappointing trainers, I met Gene.

I have been working with Gene for over 2 years now and my energy level has improved 110%. Gene helped me fix my nutrition and got me exercising 3-4 times a week. My sleep has become a consistent 7 hours or more a night. I completely quit drinking soda, am 98% sugar free and can do things I never believed I could do. Now at age 68, thanks to Gene, I feel like I haven’t been in this good of shape since I was in my 30’s!

As a father, it’s important that I grow and remain strong for my family. I never really exercised throughout my life. A large part of what was holding me back was my mindset: “I’m doing okay.
